Great staff and awesome prices on the vast selection of stock.

Been using them for years(possibly before they existed as worldwide). Only had a few problems like getting there from an hour drive only to find the store inexplicably closed during their posted business hours on a business day with no notice as to why or if theyd be returning. (Possibly at a tattoo convention and forgot to put up a sign?)

Aside from that. they're prices are decent enough compared to some other companies that offer the same equipment. Although sometimes they're out of stock on certain things.
Friendly service at the store itself. Fairly helpful staff. Not much of a wait.
