When I called them and left a voicemail, they instantly called me back and I was able to see Lily on Saturday. I was able to change my time with ease and the staff there was very accomdating. When I asked Lily what color I should pick, she took the time to show my which nail color would match my skin tone and my nails looks amazing thanks to her.
