Coquitlam River Park

Nice trails by the water. Lots of places to get right down by the river and benches to watch the world go by.

Love walking through here with my family. One of the best places to watch the seasons change. Sometimes I see bald or golden eagles so bring your camera. Generally dog walkers are pretty respectful, but beware some let their dogs off leash here despite it not being an off leash area. Very few people litter, and the trails are in good condition.

I love this trail system we are so blessed to have such unfettered nature on our door step here in BC. But please keep your dog's on lead for you safety and their's. Bears are everywhere as are coyotes in Cougars and the Cougars aren't always wearing Lululemon sometimes they're wearing fur! LOL

I LOVE to go here! Best place to feel like your alone in the Wilderness, but are actually right in the city!

Such a beautiful trail to walk through. Did a 10 km walk with the mutt and chatted with so many people along the way. Perfect weather after a stormy weekend.
