(April 2, 2019, 4:33 am)Great staff. Busy like most places, but typically runs on time and you don't feel rushed. Vets are slightly slow to respond to questions etc over email but, see the it's busy comment. They will get back to you.

All three of my kitties have been going here since they were bitty kittens and the staff are amazing with them, whether it be routine vacations or my big old tom cat sneaking out and getting into fights, they are always there with kindness and compassion. Even my kitties don't mind going there. Especially my big boy. He knows somehow they will make it better from a calming voice or reassuring scratch on the head. Love these guys...
