I understand that this may not be the place you want to be, but when needed the staff are understanding and love the patients. For someone who has visited other emergency animal hospitals before, this one is reasonably priced for the services. I understand (reading other reviews) that others may not think so, but seriously they aren't bad. The staff have hard jobs and I can't imagine the types of situations and people they deal with.
I took my dog their twice for two different incidents and I’m very happy with they way my dog was treated. They are very caring, responsible and knowledgeable. They won’t push you for unnecessary blood works or other tests. They always call few days after the visit to follow up.
We had a sudden veterinary emergency late in to the evening and reached out to Central Animal Emergency Clinic in quite the panic. Unfortunately we ended up losing our sweet Luffy, but I wanted to leave a review here letting people know that the staff here seem like really nice, compassionate people when it comes to our furry loved ones, and considering we were saying goodbye to a family member it was very much appreciated.
The clinic was able to get him in right away and quickly figured out what was happening, and were really accommodating considering the situation.
We'll really miss our majestic beast, but are glad that he was able to get compassionate care when he needed it at this clinic.
Very caring staff for a minor emergency at 4am. The emergency exam fee was reasonable and completely justified by the hour at which we went in. My pup received injections and medications and was back to herself within a few days.. Thanks team!
