De Boville Slough

Really awesome place to go for a walk. Parking is a little limited. Great place for a relaxing, low effort hike

Such a stunning landscape, wonderful spot for a peaceful walk

Went for a walk today along De Boville Slough in Coquitlam. The pathway which is on top of the dike is parallel to the Pitt River. We walked along (flat gravel path) but many had brought their bikes. The only draw back is we didn't come across someplace to buy a drink so bring your own water and a snack. Lots of benches for sitting along the way. Dogs welcome.

Amazing place to walk, great views and good variety of wild life.

This is a nice place for a walk in any season. Take time to follow the trails and see the ducks. Beware of dog poop! There is a lot here and lots of people dont seem to want to put their dogs o leashes ????
