Lucas made every effort to solve the issue before ordering in a defective wiring harness for the machine. There was dent in the door, the company sent Lucas to change out the door for us, he was polite, professional and noticed a dent in the new door he was installing. Without "hiding it" he immediately organized a new door. He came back again, and double and triple checked the door. He was patient, kind and conscientious of our newly reno'd walls and floors, when levelling and straightening out fridge, he even helped with some of the software questions. We would call him back without hesitation! Thank you Lucas. You ROCK!
