  Quality professional installation and reliable and friendly service. Did a great job installing a bedroom fireplace, which we and the cat absolutely love! Also went above and beyond in assisting us to fill out the rebate form. Would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

  Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. The very small complaint I had was when we opened the box, it was the wrong model. And we had contractor with tools ready to go but had to ask him to come back due to the exchange time.
  
  *Update: we just installed the fireplace today (after one week of picking up). And realized that there were couple scratches or missing paint on the inside of the glass. I think it’s manufacture defect but would have expected it to be perfect when it’s fresh out of the box.
