“I have seen many doctors in regards to the rash and redness that is on my face (which just started appearing about 10 years ago, I was not born with them). Dr Tuyp by far is the best I have seen. He actually took the time to thoroughly examine my skin. He tried various remedial steps and we systematically eliminated the root cause. He is professional, friendly and explains his logic. He will help you!!! My experience with all the other doctors I have seen so far is, majority of them looked briefly and told me to just go on with some cream. “I originally tried to get my son in for his first dentist visit through Vancouver Coastal Health who I swear to God wanted copies of practically every single document since his birth in order to prove coverage, some fairly obscure and taking time and effort to track down, then warned me they were booked for the next six months and told me to call back at a later date to make an appointment, but when I tried to the phone lines were busy for 3 days straight. Dr. Kim's office answered my call on the second ring, booked him an appointment for the next week, and, being reasonably competent, managed to establish his coverage just fine without requiring me to fax them anything. I rescheduled his appointment at the last moment due to inclement weather and rebooked another appointment for the following week without any trouble. The office itself is nice and bright and very child-friendly. During the visit both Dr. Kim and the hygienist explained everything they were doing to my son in ways he could understand and were very patient. His first experience at the dentist ended up being a very positive one thanks to Dr. Kim and her staff.”

“I was a bit apprehensive about meeting a Naturopath but had some ongoing issues with respect to sports injuries and wanted to get some ore information regarding my general health. I went to see her with my mother in law and better half to get some Bowen treatment, and blood testing. The Bowen treatment was very non evasive and shockingly effective, relieving stress, and persistent aches and pains. The feedback from my mother in law and girlfriend was great. As for the blood testing, it was not as great finding out that eggs are on my bad list, but okay knowing I could have them in moderation. Knowing that my other levels were great, and getting good results so that we could make lifestyle changes that make us feel better was a great investment, and we were happy we made that investment with Serena. She is/was a caring and professional, and took the time to provide the care that we were looking for and needed. As easy recommendation!”

“I decided to switch to Vita Care Dental Centre and I am so glad I did! I have never had such a calm, comfortable, informative, transparent experience at a dental clinic in my past 29 years... I have had quite a traumatizing dental experience as a young kid, which led to me to always dread and fear going to the dentist. But Dr. Wong was very transparent with his work and took the time to explain and answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them) to make me feel that I was in control of my health. Dr. Wong also suggested something that I don't know why none of my previous dentist even brought up...the Bite Block!! I've always had such an uncomfortable and painful experience holding my jaw open for even just the duration of a cleaning procedure.. but Dr. Wong gave me a Bite Block to use and it was a simple solution but improved my dental experience so so much. Since then, I've recommended him to all my family and friends. My dad also goes to him now. He has always been resistant to going to see a dentist as he does not have insurance. But Dr. Wong's informative and transparent practice has changed my dad's mind and now he has been follow up with his needed dental checkups/needs with Dr. Wong. (Not only does this dental clinic have professional and trustworthy dentists, but the place is very clean and decorated very nicely with game counsels, books, electronic device charging station, TV :D!)”
