  My hypnotherapy sessions with Lara were an amazing experience, more than I had anticipated. I was able very easily to go to other levels of my existence with information that helped me to understand the choices that I have made and how I have lived as a result. The time with Lara broadened my perspectives allowing me more tools to deal with my issues. I would highly recommend Lara as a therapist in any area that she would work in. ????

  Sessions were extremely helpful in helping me connect & also work thru some past events. I really enjoyed my sessions. Lara in my experience is very helpful & creates a comfortable space.
