(October 16, 2018, 7:34 pm)Called them to inquire on treadmill installation because of the positive reviews and BBB accreditation. Asked if they could move my brand new treadmill from the garage to my flex room for assembly and they said they don't do it for Best Buy treadmills. Not sure why that would matter since I bought it myself. Strange since the customer below said they did it for him.
(September 17, 2018, 9:52 pm)I usually never write a review on things, but this is an exception. I called Tower Fitness & asked them to move a treadmill from the garage to my basement. Firstly, they responded immediately via email with a quote (after a few questions), then they scheduled me in. They were on time, very professional & very accommodating. I will definitley be using Tower Fitness in the future when needed.
