  After seven months with the trainers at Apex, I have gone from a completely sedentary lifestyle at the age of 35 to working out 3-4 times per week and enjoying it. The trainers and the customized programs will ensure that you can steadily grow into good habits and physical development and learn how to use the gym without getting frustrated, injured, or giving up.
  
  Due to their excellent programs and supportive approach, I have lost weight, learned how to exercise, gotten stronger, and, most importantly, I have more energy in my daily life. Although we have moved away, I will always thank the Apex team for putting me on the right path. Thanks Victor, Kevin, Tim, Karen, and Betsy!

  Great gym with really dedicated trainers. They track my progress very closely and ensures my routine is giving me the maximum benefits. I've joined Apex the Gym for over a year now and cannot see my fitness training or my membership with anyone else. The coaches truly care about their clients and encourages us with their tentative training and support. I love that they push me to my limits and help achieve my fitness goals. Thanks Vic and Kev!!

  Throughout the five months I’ve been going to Apex, the trainers there continuously help work me towards reaching my goals. I started from a sedentary lifestyle, with no knowledge about anything regarding to fitness or exercise in general, to actually enjoying going to the gym and having more energy.
  
  The trainers’ confidence in your skills will keep you motivated; and they are willing to listen if you encounter any problems during your workouts. You can tell that Victor, Kevin, and Karen are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about your health and fitness.
  
  I’m one of the laziness persons I know, so no doubt Apex’s program is a good fit for anyone that tries them out.

  Signed up for the introductory package and both Victor and Kevin are amazing trainers/coaches. They are able to find a perfect balance with pushing you and feeling rewarded and accomplished at the end of each session. They are both very friendly and always monitoring technique while taking you through each exercise

  I started training with Victor at Apex the gym two months and in this two month I have seen tremendous improvements in my body composition, strength and overall fitness. I know Victor is committed to my training and to my personal success, and he always motivates me to dig a little deeper during my training sessions. The time spent with Victor is focused, intense and results oriented. I would strongly recommend "Apex the gym" for anyone looking to get in shape, lose weight, or take their current fitness to the next level.
