  I went to send a 20 page fax and was pleased with the service and had a fruitful discussion with a very personable staff around a potential printing job....name of Lindsay or Lindsey.

  ****Updating Review Feb 2019****
  I have been back to the store a few times now despite having had a couple bad experiences when they first opened. I've returned items purchased online and have also purchased some supplies inside the store. The current staff have been a lot more helpful and I'm seeing the same people, so hopeful they are permanent.

  This is a smaller store, so not as much choice. I can live with that because I usually just buy standard stationary supplies. I've had 2 bad experiences at this store now though and let the first one go. There are more than enough staff but I haven't found them to be friendly. They seem to just stand around doing absolutely nothing, while some of the stock is not well organized and missing pricing tags etc. Every time I've been there, nobody else has been in the store so it's not like the staff are just so busy they can't keep up.

  Bought an office chair today at tsawwassen mills store. Attentive, friendly staff. Nice chair on sale.
