“The best furniture pick up experience I've ever had. UB called us beforehand to set up a time for the pick-up. The personnel at the warehouse was knowledgeable and friendly. Our package was ready to go. When the worker lift the other box, he said that he heard something and he helped us to open the box and to make sure that everything was in tip top shape (it was a small wooden screw that was rolling in the box).
