My child is very happy and is learning lot of things there. The staff is caring and because of small ratio they can give more attention to him. “I went a couple weeks ago and the therapist, Kevin, was very nice and knowledgeable, but the front desk woman was very rude and unprofesional. I called to inquire before booking my appointment and was never told they don't deal with coverage. Once I got there for my appointment she told me i would have to apply myself for the money to be reimbursed. I was able to pay for it then, but there are many people who may not have the funds because they expect their insurance to cover it. When I questioned why she didn't tell me when I had called and asked she completely ignored me and moved away. I thought that was incredibly rude and made me not want to go through with the appointment. She then took me to a room that was occupied since someones belongings were there and left me in there standing. This made me feel extremely uninvited. Once Kevin came i told him I believe the room is already occupied and I was correct, we then moved to a different room. After my appointment Kevin told me to make another appointment for next week, but I didn't want to deal with the receptionist so I walked out. Had there been a different woman in the front I would 100% have returned.”

“I've had lower back issues related to sports injuries over over 30 years. Been to multiple clinics over the years and they helped. But Sunil, understands the true mechanics of the back, lower back and things he did compared to the others was totally unreal. Prior to his treatments, i used to be back with pain soon after being treated. Couldn't participate in pretty much any sports related activities. And had to be careful even walking to not upset my back. Felt very limited. After treatments at this clinic, I have been virtually PAIN FREE, and play sports, walk as much as I can . I sleep well without twisting an turning all night. What a difference it has made for me. Absolutely amazing to have that one right person treat you who has the KNOWLEDGE and truly is concerned for others and their well being. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Honestly speaking, my daughter (7 years old) had a hip reconstruction surgery. From cast off, this clinic fit her first appointment in within a week. Their communication and information provided was super accurate and quick. My daughter was in 4x a week with 2 pool sessions with Christina and 2 clinic appointments with Ashley. These ladies are AMAZING! They are energetic, speak to my daughter like a person and dont coddle her. They treat her with respect, and try to push her ( even though she resists). Ashley is always extremely patient with my daughter and keeps her on track when she is being silly. They both speak to my daughter with respect and are always very professional and when my daughter complains or wants to do things differently she takes the time to explain why they do it a specific way. She always mixes things up so it's different things they work on. The rest of the staff always are so friendly and say hi to my daughter. My daughters ortho surgeon said he has never seen a child heal so fast and do so well from this type of major surgery and I believe part of it was from the great care this clinic gives her. The receptionists deserve a huge medal as well because they are always so friendly, smiling and willing to help me out whenever I need it. Honestly could not have picked a better clinic for my daughter and I'm sure my daughter will be coming here for years to come.”
