I find it unbelievable that we couldn't rely on our agent at Cruise Ship Center in Fort Langley to get our arrangements for our trip of a lifetime in order. We had to buy extra airline tickets (no refund for the first ones) because she didn't bother to determine if alternative flights would suit our schedule better. She had us laying over for 7 hours in Gatwick before taking a 1 hour flight on to Edinburgh. That was nasty so we checked ourselves and found plenty of alternatives that we far more helpful, yet she was not the source of that help. However the truly nasty part was that she didn't seem to find out that Edinburgh to Holland has numerous direct flights. Instead she assured us that routing from Edinburgh through Birmingham and on to Amsterdam was easy peasy. Not! A delay in one flight lead to an almost incredible 15 hour day in leaving Edinburgh and arriving in Amsterdam. The Dutch people who greeted us were astonished that she didn't book us straight across. They said that EVERYONE flys direct on that route. So why not us? You will have to ask the careless and thoughtless agent at Cruise Ship Center who I suppose won't be booking our next holiday cause she just doesn't do her homework.

The owner, Pety Carvalho is extremely knowledgable and was able to ascertain my needs rapidly booking my dream cruise in Australia aboard the Diamond Princess. Their location is easily accesible and has free parking in the rear. The staff are friendly and the agency is modern while providing privacy while making your travel decisions. I would NEVER considering booking a land, air or cruise vacation with anyone else. You will NOT be disappointed taking the time to have a conversation with any of the amazing staff at this location.
