We booked a group vacation with Kelly McBride and she made the experience painless and she even worked late to make sure everything got booked. If there were more stars to give I would give them. Super appreciative of everything she did to make this happen for us. What an asset she is for this company!

Amazing service, this is why it's a great idea to book with a professional and Kelly is fantastic and of course with so many people there were issues getting payments through and Kelly.made it happen! Kelly from the maple ridge location has helped us on our last 2 trips, she is amazing. She is very thorough and planned the many details of our lengthy trips perfectly. We had a delayed flight in the middle of one of our trips that caused us to miss our hotel pickup. We were unable to communicate with the hotel due to a language barrier and we emailed Kelly from the other side of the world (literally). Within the hour she had it all sorted out for us. All of the staff at this location are super helpful!
