Like the best corner grocer.

I stopped on my way home to the local IGA in fern ridge. As I made my way through the store I asked an older lady with glasses named maybe Mary? for help but she couldn’t be bothered not to mention how rude she was. As my experience in the store was growing worse between a rude cashier and a worsening headache. I go to check and am waiting in line watching this wonderful girl show pure happiness and kindness. I’ve seen her a couple times helping around the store and bringing joy. She Was helping an older man use his debit on the machine. As it was my turn next, she was still as Charismatic as ever and always had a smile. Helped me find the item the other cashier couldn’t. Not to mention she noticed I’m older and packed the bags lighter, even putting them in my cart. As she helped me to her car I learned her name was jade. She was the reason for my five star rating

Love this place, produce is always amazing and the butcher has the best cuts!

This is a cute little IGA and well located if you are in the area as there is no real grocer to compete with. You can typically find whatever you are looking for and the place is well laid out. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. Just a regular good place to pick up your groceries and right next to a few other shops so you can get your basic necessities all in one spot.

Friendly service. Fresh baked goods. Can’t really go wrong at a small shop like this :).
