They don't believe in "hard selling" new plumbing/furnaces, and are happy to fix older furnaces and plumbing. We've had bad experiences with other plumbing and heating companies in the past (for example, there is a company locally that overcharges, then makes you register for a "discount plan" with a monthly fee to reduce the bill) so we were really happy to find Brian's. We trust them, and won't use any other company for plumbing, furnace maintenance and repairs.
