“Great for a quick stop, if a little bit expensive. A great selection of hair-related products, makeup, and body products. It's also the only reasonable close place to buy a larger bottle of witch hazel! The service has been perfectly fine by me, and I even came out of an exchange with very little issue (despite having recycled my receipt by accident). The woman who regularly works the post office is the nicest!”

Because it is smaller the selection is not overwhelming but they some how manage to pack in almost anything you need in a pharmacy. “Very inexperienced staffs and does not care about their patients well being whatsoever. My mother got discharge and the hospital transferred the documents to them and she is under a special program where she did not have to pay. The pharmacy refused to help out and made my mom pay the full amount on the spot. Since my mother needed her medication the same day we had to pay the amount and now figure out how to get reimburse by pharmacare. I even got the hospital to call back and explain but they refused. Also, the pharmacist said the prescription would take 2 hours, they took 4 hours to do it! I called them back and Joy was amazing she helped out and went beyond. Definitely changed my rating from a 1 to a 4.”

“Stocked with almost all you would need. Some things for specialty diets like those in my home. Love the vast amount of local suppliers and brands sold here. Management approachable if you have a suggestion for items for the store to carry. I have been shopping click & collect at superstore often since it’s inception, and recently decided to try at Hakam’s Independent. So pleased with their selection of produce and got my order perfect. Also sent me home with a banana and water bottle with a cute thank you note (my kids loved the joke). Nice personal touch and way to set you apart from the rest. Will definitely try this online shopping with you again, aside from my weekly trips in the store. They have great in store offers with points at the beginning of every month that add up to big savings fast. Pricing is comparable to other stores, but some things it is just a bit more expensive. I have noticed over the past few years prices have come down though. They get a full five stars because they are always involved in the community, and nowadays that really counts for something! We love it here, and are thankful for such a great grocery store in the Willoughby area.”
