I worked with Austin for over a year to find the right condo for me! His patience, persistence and his ability to understand my wants and needs allowed Austin to absolutely exceed my expectations! We had an offer accepted in March, it’s recently completed just last week. Within the time drone of accept ion and completion, he showed great follow up, answered all the questions I needed to be prepared to get the keys to my condo. Even after I got the keys, we found an issue with an appliance which was not covered inspected which he took ownership on and did everything he could to resolve the issue! Austin is a man of his words, young in the industry but more professional than most tenured realtors. I would highly recommend using his services to anyone who is looking for a seamless purchase!
