“I haven’t spent a night here as of yet, but will spend a couple of weeks here I’m sure. However I have stayed here, roughly a couple of years ago and the difference is already noticeable. The staff have been more than accommodating to my needs and I’ve noticed some major improvements so far. Definitely cleaner, new Smart TV’s, and beautiful, maintained gardens surround the hotel. Issues with connecting to wifi were immediately attended to and resolved. I will definitely stay here in the future.”

“Who knew, you can buy a new van all set to go for family/friends who use wheelchairs, in Vancouver. The one we bought seats my sister in the front seat, not the middle, not the trunk, FINALLY! And has room for 2 chairs, and uses an automatic ramp. The vehicle was a 2016, new, with warranty, so I hope it works out okay. Salesman is not on commission. ?”

I was dealing with a rude younger girl who was rolling her eyes all night at all the customers tonight at the cash register then Brenda came on to help her and she was smiling and super friendly with all the customers. When that other rude girl (didn’t catch her name) went to look for her supervisor because I asked to finally speak to someone else, Brenda approached us and helped solve our issue. She was very friendly and exactly the type of person that makes customers go home, feel good about the experience and want to come back. I’ll be sure to recommend this store to all my friends after dealing with someone like her. I was contemplating making It my last business here even though my family and I are regulars since it’s so close to home and prices are pretty good.
