Ridge Meadows Hospital

I was admitted to the emergency and then to care on the second floor every associate and the entire team and teams of doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing and it was the best care of ever had and I thank them very much for taking care of me 😊

Employees are nice and friendly. The waiting time, which includes the emergency is pretty long even the waiting area is empty, which is very bad. Clean floor and quiet. Parking lot available in the front and surrounded, but not free, need to pay parking (credit cards accepted). Located at very closed to Lougheed HWY and very easy to find. Easy access. The floor direction is clear.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 84 yr old grandmother who spent four days in emergency due to pneumonia. Most of the staff here were excellent (doctors, nurses, and admin). Some of the older nurses were irritable (which was somewhat understandable, since having to deal with difficult patients for years can take its toll), but this was offset by the younger nurses who were nothing short of awesome. We would like to thank nurse ALYSHA in particular. She never became annoyed with our frequent requests for test updates. Thank you for being so kind and considerate.
