His name is Dustin, and the service we've received from him has been outstanding. He has gone out of his way (stayed an hour after closing time as just 1 example) to find the perfect bed for my wife and I. We have different sleep styles and different requirements. I need very firm, she wants very soft. I didn't think it was even possible. We gave him a budget, and he worked a miracle. There was a slight hiccup during delivery and something got broken, I spoke to Dustin about it and he put me in touch with the right people, and they took good care of the issue. I wish everywhere I shopped had someone like him, he's really got this "customer service" thing figured out. Go in and see him, buy a new bed, I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.”
