Staff is usually friendly. Free ice with purchase. They have a points program that is pretty good you can earn money off purchase in store or save to spend in one of 3 Springs group restaurants. Some staff dont like taking back empties so they may treat you badly while returning your empties. Usually they recover before your next visit but if returning empties on each visit expect to be treated with hostilities each visit. *Good contests & sales.
