I didn't want to rate it because I do t want other ppl to go lol :) but it is a good gym reminds me of a strata gym so if you are looking for help this is not the place for a novice, well it can be but there is no staff to help you at most times but that's why it's a grate price but I must say the staff delt with when I joined was 6 stars if you could go that high
Gym is alright, the only real perk is the 24 hours, if I didnt work nights I would probably go to a different gym
Great gym. It's on the smaller side but it has everything you need for a good workout and it's 24/7 which is the best part.
Facilities: It's a small gym, which limits the number and variety of machines and equipment; but they have the essentials. Everything works. Towels are provided. Tanning is available. There are no lockers, and the personal items storage is open and right by the front door. The gym is clean, brightly lit, and the atmosphere is chill. There are no group classes.
Parking: Free to park. Space seems adequate to the size of the gym.
Cost: At the higher end of average for the area. There is a one-time fee to join, which they say is paid only once in a lifetime even if you let your membership lapse. There is a small annual maintenance fee, and a monthly membership fee. You also pay for your access card--I'm not sure whether you get that money back when you return it.
Hours of operation: Best hours possible: never closed.
Staff and administration: You can try the place for a week before joining. The local staff are friendly and helpful; but their knowledge of their own client registration system is incomplete. There is a disconnect between the corporate head office and the local gyms which results in confusion and threats to revoke access despite having paid etc. Registering was needlessly complicated, time-consuming and unpleasant; but it did seem to get sorted out after about a week.
