This restaurant uses fresh wild sockeye salmon!
My friend has been sick and couldn't eat any foods because of odor. Even though he needed to eat nutritionally dense foods. Trying different foods, I remembered the wild salmon sashimi we ate long time ago at Lori. It was very red, fresh.
I bought it and he could eat the sashimi! No odor. Good taste, clean, fresh, and nutritional!
Later, when the staff knew it was for my ill friend, the chef always add seaweed salad in the corner of the to go box. sometimes, salmon nigiri too.
I appreciate not only for their fresh food, for their warm heart!

Great selection of sushi, sashimi and other Japanese eats. All the ingredients are fresh and anything cooked was done perfect. High chairs for the little ones available. The dining room is on the smaller side so you may want to call and see if there is a wait.

Always clean and professional food they are serving. The owner has lots of years experianced skills. And they are using fresh oil every day changed for fried menus. Quiet reliable.
