My vehicle heating had stopped working and most of the big shops in Maple Ridge were booked prior to the long weekend. I called Wes and left a message, he promptly called back and immediately tried to help. He was asking questions and trying to walk me through things to check on the phone. I asked if I could stop by he said no problem and I pulled in the parking lot, he said to pull he car up to the shop and immediately he was looking for the problem. In a matter of 5-10 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and solved the problem.
Individuals with Wes' level of expertise, honesty and desire to help are rare these days, I am so glad I called and can now enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend without the fear of my vehicle dying on me!
Great and honest mechanic. Will definitely return to Wes @ turning point. He helped me repair my old mustang convertible until it was running like a champ again.
