(December 17, 2018, 11:46 am)Shopping space is a bit crowded. Carry many options to choose. Price is not bad compares to Home Depot (convenient distance). Check out speed is acceptable. Credit cards accepted. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking lot in the front. Living communities, hospital, small shops nearby.
(November 1, 2018, 6:08 pm)Was looking for some specific plumbing parts, has multiple people greet me and ask if I needed help. After I couldn't find what I was looking for one employee asked if he could help, he tried to help but didn't have the answer I needed. He quickly got another associate that worked there to come help me, and within 15 seconds of me talking and showing the photo he got me the part I needed and it worked 100% for me. Very happy with the service. Cost did not matter to me, its the service and customer experience that I prefer.
