“A pretty solid location. All staff are kind and welcoming, but I feel there needs to be security for the safety of the staff on the floor at all times doing bathroom checks and scans to avoid shop lifter vs staff conflict. More training for staff or a policy procedure on how to safely de-escalate situations would be beneficial and how to recognize signs when to call the police. The team at this location did their best in a situation I observed and are very kind people, but need the resources listed above.”
