  This was a fantastic experience! Got to try it out twice because of ClassPass and had both classes with Dan. He was super nice and helpful since I had never done anything boxing before. Was able to rent out wraps and gloves for $5 each time. Class was intense but fun. Sore for days afterwards but so worth. Would love to join permanently when I have more disposable income.

  I love this gym! The box fit classes are a lot of fun, and the staff are very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that everyone is friendly and doesn’t make you feel bad for being a new boxer. I would highly recommend!

  My son enrolled for classes and within a few months I noticed a huge positive change in his level of fitness, his physique and his attitude. The coaches are brilliant and the facility beats any facility hands down. I would rather spend my money on a club like Griffins than on a run-of-the mill gym.

  Griffins boxing hired our company to install a new audio system for them. While doing the work at the gym I was so impressed with the positive and uplifting energy that the clientele and staff had I couldn’t resist becoming a member. I feel better for it.
