(December 15, 2018, 12:42 am)Incredibly helpful staff, very friendly environment. You get exactly what you pay for from this gym, plus a great group of people go work with. Would highly recommend, regardless of skill level or current fitness.
(October 18, 2018, 4:37 pm)Nice new space with a lot of equipment for cardio and a nice selection of machines. Good amount of free weights so you rarely have to wait to grab what your looking for. They have a daycare for children while you have a workout and clean changing rooms. Personal training staff are available as well if you want to sign up. Worth a visit.
