(June 6, 2018, 2:48 am)Just went in to see the gentleman who owns the store to discuss.a set of bamboo sheet I bought 1 year ago. Ì used a non-soda soap which rotted the fitted sheet elasticity and destroyed the set after a couple washes. The owner was extremely understanding and gave me another set for no charge. It was my fault and I greatly appreciate the gentleman being so generous and customer service oriented. Ì have been shopping here for many many years and I will continue for many more!
