  It's a small neighborhood park, with a water park which has entertained every kid in Lynn Valley neighborhood, as well as a basketball and baseball field. There is a small playground in there as well which is more suited for younger kids.

  Fun water park, great for kids! Sometimes there’s the odd teenager doing suspicious things in the forest though.

  The playground has older structures, but it's a nice shaded park with a little forest at the back and spray park in the summer.

  Awesome neighborhood splash park. There are a couple sets of good playground equipment and a community chest with lawn toys and chalk to share. There are also a couple picnic tables.

  Great water park and playground. Surrounded by huge trees and a quiet neighborhood. Attached is a ballpark. Washrooms and change room as well. Parking is good. Can also walk around the neighborhood. Close to Lynn Canyon park
