“My husband and I were traveling from the States and we woke up to a low tire pressure light the morning we would be driving back. I was nervous to drive that far without knowing if there was a leak, so we just quickly looked up the nearest tire shop. We pulled into Tireland and the owner said "I'm busy all day long except for right now!" And mentioned to the staff on hand that they should check our tire pressure as we would be driving. The person checked the air and filled the tires, told the owner that the pressure was low and he just filled them. Well, we overheard the owner say "Did you take the tire off and check for leaks? Because they will be driving". I can't tell you how much I appreciated the care and time he took to ensure that his employee checked our tires well. The tech went back and removed the tire to check for leaks. Turns out everything was fine, it was just low pressure, but I was so grateful to happen upon this establishment that day and felt that he used a lot of ethics and integrity in his business. Also, did I mention he didn't charge us anything? Thanks so much Tireland, you gave us piece of mind on our road trip.”

“We took our car to Kal Tire today and had an excellent experience. We had a screw lodged in our rear tire that needed to be patched. We also needed an oil change. They were able to take us quickly and finished the job in a few hours. The garage is very clean and well maintained. The service staff are very friendly. They charged us for our oil change but didn't charge us for the tire repair -- a gift to a new customer, I guess. It was very unexpected and appreciated. Service like this is what brings customers back, and we'll definitely be returning to Kal Tire in the future. Thanks for the terrific service!”
