“I went to see Jane for a demonstration of craniosacral therapy but, on discovering that I had a chronic issue with a semi frozen shoulder, she decided to work on that instead. After the very first session I noticed a considerable improvement in the mobility of my shoulder and now, a few sessions later, movement is entirely restored. Jane works on the patient for the whole of the session, unlike other physiotherapists who often leave you alone for long periods of time. Jane's treatment is entirely hands on and her advice for stretching between sessions is invaluable.
