I called and confirmed a two-day extension with a manager on a paid-for pick up order, but my product had to be fished out of a "refund/restock" pile after about 20 minutes of "this order doesn't exist" confusion. I would have rathered be told no extension was possible.

Good deals. Good parking. Helpful staff. Clothes displayed well. When you first walk in you know where to go and of not there is assistance for you with their greeter.

Bought two pair of Salomon ski boots, and one pair was really uncomfortable with pressure points. Brody/Rody(?) was extremely pleasant and friendly. He helped me heat mold my ski boots, and made sure I walked out of the store with comfortable ski boots. Very knowledgable and was always happy to help. Will be back to this location for sure, thanks Rody!

A quick trip to get some boots and a helmet for my daughter. We were helped by a very pleasant young man who went out of his way to help us find exactly what my slightly picky daughter wanted. While he may have only been doing his job, he did it with a smile and made my daughter feel very important. Thank you!

Store manager is fantastic. Actioned issues quickly and efficiently, even with the businesses of Black Friday. Will definitely shop there again.
