I got my amazing ET Cycle F720 here. It's a nice and clean ebike store with a solid collection. Jane was very friendly & knows her bikes. I already knew which model I wanted so it was easy shopping, but Jane was still kind enough to show me and explain things. I love that they also offer maintenance & repair services. I also really appreciate being offered a bike accessory for free.

For any ebike shoppers & owners I would definitely recommend checking out this store if you haven't. I look forward to getting my bike maintenance here if needed.

One thing to take note of is the bike you buy will already be assembled, so drive there with a bike rack if needed. My buddy and I had to fold the bike I bought to fit in the trunk.

Best purchase we’ve made during the pandemic. Well-priced and the extras were super great and unexpected. Got my helmet and a lock thrown in. Jane and her brother were incredibly helpful. Very patient with my endless (probably dumb) questions, very friendly, and very knowledgable. The whole process of picking and buying the right bike was fairly straightforward and the prices were very reasonable. They also have gone above and beyond helping us make some adjustments to our bikes to accommodate a trailer hitch, and I really don't think most other businesses would have been so willing to dedicate the time and effort to deliver such customer service. I think it's a bonus that it's a family owned and operated small business, which I love to support.
