I've only done the rythem ride, express and yoga and core spin but MAN do I ever love them.
If you have stayed away from spin because you think it's all legs I need you to know...
These guys incorporate upper body in every class! weather is push-ups on the bike, 5 lb weight lifting on the bike, or resistance bands! There is always something they incorporate to make you work your upper body and arms. Your core especially will not take a rest in this class. Great music and wonderful and instructors that push you to be your best and keep you motivated to want to keep pushing yourself.
