There is nothing more rewarding then a tough session with Lisa. It is often a mental battle to motivate myself to get up early and make it happen. Lisa has helped me tremendously both physically and mentally and she is what gets me up in the morning. I am always guaranteed a variety in training which keeps it interesting and keeps me coming back. Each session is encouraging and she pushes me to my limit to improve my strength and fitness. We always have a lot of fun. With that said it makes the hour go by very quick. She’s always been providing me with ongoing feedback to assist in improving my fitness goals and eating habits. What I love about Lisa is that she is the NORM, if you read her story you will see what I mean. I look forward to more personal training sessions with you. I would recommend Lisa to people of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their overall health and fitness.
I've been training with Lisa on and off since 2015. The program she put together for me was easy to follow and personalized for my own fitness level. The results I achieved were amazing. Unfortunately due to me own lack of willpower I managed to put the weight back on. I am back on track for 2019 and Lisa has again put a lot of time and effort into a personalized plan for me to again achieve the results I desire.
I recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a personal trainer, She has the expertise to cater to newbies in the fitness area right through to seasoned pros!
Absolutely loved my experience with Lisa! At first, I was a bit nervous as I had never had a personal trainer, but I am so lucky to have had Lisa make the process so easy! She was understanding, empathetic, and pushed me each time we met! I loved the improvement I made over the course of the sessions and her ability to continually adapt the exercises to match my current fitness level. I would highly recommend taking some sessions with Lisa if you’re interested in hiring a personal trainer!
I started training with Lisa to tone up before my wedding and stayed with her even after the wedding was over. She is approachable and real. She customizes our training sessions to accommodate my knee issues. I would definitely recommend Lisa as a trainer, she would be suitable for someone new to the gym (private facility with no one looking at you!) or a seasoned gym person looking to reach new goals.
Lisa is a great trainer. Super nice, super knowledgeable. She is great at customizing your training to work best for you. Highly recommend her. Been training with her since May and I have zero complaints
