Just A Girl Like Me Coaching

Jessica did my Human Needs assessment over a year ago and she told me that my top 2 human needs are Love and Connection and Contribution. This has opened up my mind when making big decisions in my life and I never just settle anymore. I reach for bigger challenges instead of playing it safe all the time to help me fulfill these needs and to realize whether or not i feel fulfilled with what i am doing. I am thankful to Jessica for opening my eyes to my top needs so i can focus more of my energy toward meeting those needs first in my life and truly feel like myself. :)
