We couldn't be more pleased with Grant and Kathi's work helping us select two stairlifts for my dad's house and getting them installed. Pleasant, courteous and efficient throughout. The product is well designed, solidly constructed, made in the USA.

Grand McTaggart and his team were very friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. They are a quality service and proved to be so from the day Grant came to our come for an assessment, to keeping us informed re: the progress of the shipment to Canada, to installation. I could not have asked for a smoother process. We are very pleased with the end product. My Mom is now able to move to and fro from the main floor of her home to her bedroom upstairs without my help. I think we all like to keep our independence as we get on in the years, and this has helped.
