Inner Fit Studios

I've been going to Innerfit for years. It's a true community based gym. My first time back in months and it was great to see so many familiar faces.

Inner Fit has been an absolute blessing. Not only is the work out classes amazing, but the whole community and family is the main reason we go back. Highly recommend Inner Fit Studios!!

There is a reason why Inner Fit has such great reviews. I tried out their 10 day free trial and was hooked. The whole community there is wonderful and the coaches there are amazing. I have gone from a person who never loved going to the gym to now going 6 days a week and sometimes taking 2 classes a day. There is just something special about Inner Fit. I can't thank them enough for welcoming me in and their continued support in my health and well being.

Inner Fit Studios is the perfect gym for anyone, no matter what your fitness goal/level is, everyone is always welcome. The community Rachel (the owner) has built is supportive, caring and genuine. It feels like being around a big group of family/friends. The environment is always motivating and positive. The classes are always fun and challenging. No one will ever regret walking into Inner Fit Studios :).

You won't find a more welcoming fitness studio than Inner Fit! Rachel and the other coaches are great and will offer modifications for any fitness level. There are lots of gyms out there, but no other community like Inner Fit!
