I wish I could give 6 stars. Excellent service. I love my bike. I had to get some work done on it and it was covered by warranty. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Tung is the top e-bike mechanic in the city. Very few as knowledgeable and experienced as he is! His wife is a great asset and very helpful. I like that they both spend a lot of time with their customers one on one until we each found our perfect fit. I wish they were located in central Vancouver but we always feel welcome in their shop. We bought four e-bikes (my other friend bought one too so five of us) in the past. He was able to quickly repair the tumbler to my battery saving me from buying another battery. Weekends are busier so we were happy to be back in the city within 1.5 hrs which included the repairs. Thanks, you're the Best!
