(February 5, 2019, 12:34 am)I usually come here to buy footwear and workout gear! Great store, great employees however ... my basketball was flat and needed to be pumped. I came to the front of the cashier to ask if there was anyone that could pump air into my ball. The lady at the desk said the person was on lunch break and to come back in 30 mins to pump air in ball... I asked is there anyone else who could pump air.. (how hard is it to put air into a ball) shes like nope, theirs no one in that dept... Kinda ridiculous when its something so simple that she could of probably just done herself since there was another person at the counter and it wasn't busy. I was being polite but I didn't expect to get attitude...Least the Strawberry Hill store was willing to help me out.

(November 29, 2018, 11:37 pm)Good customer service whenever we've purchased sports gear, clothing, footwear or mountain bikes from this or the nearby store at Metrotown.
Be aware that the Big Bend store has become a clearance centre so selection may vary and not have same stock as the Metrotown branch.
Also the staffing level is much lower than when it was "full service" so you need to be proactive & go to the front cashier if you can't button hole a store associate. -

(May 30, 2018, 6:52 am)Very professional and knowledgeable. Great selection and service. Inventory manager (forgot her name) here really impressed me this morning when we checked out and she went the extra mile to not only find! but correct a sizing issue we never would have saw on our own.
