It was apparent that he genuinely cares about his customers' needs. His patience, professionalism, expertise, and humour made the buying experience quite enjoyable for me.

(February 4, 2019, 9:09 pm)The engine light on our 2015 Honda Fit came on on Christmas Eve and we were heading on a cruise on Boxing Day for twelve days! The timing was very bad as Richmond Honda was closed. I left the car in their parking lot, dropped the keys with some instruction in the drop box, and asked a friend to be my contact person with Honda while we are away.
When we came back, our car was waiting for us at our friends' house, fix and cleaned. That part was not a surprise but apparently the fuel injection was the problem, our warranty lapsed a month prior and yet they took care of it under the warranty. That is Exceeding Client's Expectations.
