  We just bought a car and had the most wonderful experience with Oliver Kuo. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! I had left a person item in the car we traded in and even though the old car had been taken away by the next day he located the car and went and personally retrieved my item. I was so impressed and very thankful! Please ask for Oliver, he was so awesome

  Oliver was the best sales that we had met! We bought a used 2018 CLA250 from Oliver back in September. We just moved to Canada and had lots to do. The only time that we were able to pick up the car was on a day that Oliver was off. Oliver had no problem meeting us on his day off. We originally scheduled the meeting at 11 am, but one thing led to another, we arrived at the dealership at 5:45 pm. Oliver waited patiently for us and still greeted us with a big smile on his face when we finally got there. Thank you Oliver for your outstanding customer service!

  We had a very pleasant experience with Benz and in particular with Linda Yu. We were at a time when we needed a new car. We were choosing amongst different brands. Went to Lxxxx and we’re there for quite awhile; yet, no one seem to care to ask what we were looking for. My family drove that brand but we don’t have a designated salesperson.
  
  Then we went to Mercedes-Benz and Linda was the person who assisted us. She was so diligent, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She offered great service supported by strong product knowledge and experience, which is very important for us. We really appreciated that she has taken the time to address all our questions. We were given different choices, different scenarios and everything was very well explained before we made our decision.
  
  We would definitely be back for our next vehicle!! Linda will definitely be our go-to person.

  My sales person, Adrian Chew, was amazing! Met him as a referral from my brother in law and very glad I did. He took the time to get to know and understand my vehicular needs. The process was smooth and Adrian took care of everything along the way. His customer service and follow up skills are spectacular. Long story short, he got me into my first E Class. Thanks Adrian!
