(February 21, 2019, 8:12 pm)They make a great bubble tea with freshly brewed tea. The tapioca pearls tasted fresh and were not chewy or hard. The inside of the cafe is a little bare and cool feeling. When I go to a cafe I prefer it to be cozy, this was not. I think more comfortable seating and being surrounded with more tea/coffee paraphernalia would add more to the ambience of the cafe. The server was helpful, friendly, and worked hard to make great beverages.

(April 16, 2018, 1:19 pm)Tapio is a fantastic non standard bubble tea and lunch joint. The decor is very pleasant and eclectic with simple furniture and delightful centerpieces and accoutrements. They also have some toys and books for kids.
They have a variety of delicious recipes and daily specials. Their sandwiches are surprisingly good. The focus however is on their teas and their boba. They have a bakery of teas both cold and hot, as well as sweet and regular. They also have several different additives to enhance your tea. The boba is well made.
Service is friendly. They have limited parking and are only close to one bus route. You can work from a laptop here but they only have limited outlets. The bathroom is clean and well maintained.
