(August 11, 2020, 3:12 pm)This Starbucks is located near the intersection of Kerr and 54th. It has been set up for in-restaurant pickup and limited seating since reopening after Covid-19. The staff is very helpful and kind, but at times the number of mobile orders means that walk in orders may take longer than expected.

(May 18, 2020, 10:19 pm)I can't express how much I love this location and appreciate the employees. My regular location is closed due to covid and I've been coming to Champlain for my ice coffee fix. I've never had a bad experience, if anything they go the extra mile for customer service. Thank you all for showing up to work to feed us coffee addicts. Your great customer service and efficiency hasn't gone unnoticed!

(July 24, 2019, 8:51 pm)Okay here we go this was one of my favourite experiences today. One of my pet peeves is when the sugar is all stuck together. It is granular sugar so it is designed to be loose. I regularly have sticky sugar. TODAY, the best sugar packet I have encountered to date. You guys rock! Keep up the good work.
