(March 5, 2019, 8:06 pm)If you can get past the most rude receptionist ever then this is the place for you! Other than that, the doctors are great.
I called for an appointment last week and one of the receptionist that I spoke to was not welcoming and got lots of attitude..very unprofessional for an airport clinic.
So I went in for my appointment and I knew exactly who this rude receptionist was. She has dark hair looks filipino or spanish. Doesn't greet people and does not speak professionally. Would be nice if she can fake smile once in a while and create a good atmosphere for those who come to the clinic already feeling sick.
(September 18, 2018, 9:33 pm)I am grateful how caring & efficient the staff was, they definitely went above & beyond my expectations! The receptionist Gay was so sweet & welcoming & Dr. Kapoor was knowledgeable & attentive.
